What’s up, guys? ....I hope you all are doing
well. Today I would like to share my views on “Solutions to cure Depression”.
Treatment of mental illness is as important as physical. There are so many ways
to cure mental illness and here I am sharing some views of mine. I hope this
will help you in your life. First, never underestimate yourself. Second, spend
more time with family and try to avoid all the nonsense. Third, always remember
there is always a way towards what you want to achieve. Fourth, consult with
the doctor about your problem without any hesitation because the treatment of mental
illness or depression is also as important as physical illness, and this, not a wrong or shameless thing.
Fifth, try to live in the present, not in the past and future. Sixth, take
proper diet on time at any cost. Never ever ignore your health. Seventh, try to
remember all the good memories in the days of depression. Eighth, never believe
that you are a burden. Ninth, never distance yourself from your loved once. Only
they can give you enough happiness to cure depression. Tenth, always express
your problems and emotions. Eleventh, try to entertain yourself with your
hobbies and be busy as much as possible so that you do not have time to think
about ridiculous things.
Twelfth,
praise yourself for your rewards because it gives you confidence. Always be
patient in every situation and think about your parents. And of course one of
my favourites is, close your eyes and think about your parents and what they
did for you to be here and what they expect from you and what they deserve.
Your happiness gives them happiness and your sadness gives them sadness. So you
decide what you want to give your parents, happiness or sadness. Stop crying about
small problems and prepare yourself to face every type of problem. Try to
reduce your expectations. The less you expect from others the more you will be
happy in your life.
Never
isolate yourself to protect others in wrong things also because it gives you
only guilt in life. Be happy always with yourself. Go out with your family for
some days and try to be relaxed. Work is important but relaxation and enjoyment
are also very important. Try to understand the situation before taking any action
on any problem. Sometimes our over imagination can be the cause of the biggest
issues in our life. Stop over imagination, thinking, and expectation from
others. Do meditation every day and be happy.
