What’s up, guys? .......... I hope you all are doing well. Today I would like to share my views on “Some most effective time management principles”. Every person needs to improve his time management to live a well-disciplined life. Without a plan and proper management; nobody can start anything in the right way. So whatever you are doing in your life, first, focus on strategy and time management. Here are some principles of time management:

First is the plan,  because, without a plan, we can’t even start anything and can’t manage time. The best time to plan everything with a free and peaceful mind is ‘me time’. Second, determine what is necessary, and what is not because, first complete your important tasks, and then you should focus on the rest of the tasks in the free time. Make a list of your entire day tasks. Third, you shouldn’t ignore your daily commitments and tasks. Complete your regular tasks on time. Time never comes back. Learn to live for today, not for tomorrow.

Fourth, from your entire daily routine, at least 2 hours you should be free so that you can do some urgent work in an emergency. Fifth, make a better daily routine and work on it with dedication. Sixth, you should be focusing on one thing at a time. If you are trying to do multi things at a time, then you can’t focus on work with your full concentration. Seventh, minimize all distractions. It’s very difficult to avoid distractions but to win in life you have to learn to sacrifice things. Practice can make you a perfect person in your profession.

Eighth, ‘me time’ should be separate from your daily routine. At this time, you can play and you can focus on yourself and your hobbies.  Ninth, delegate. It means you should identify some of the tasks, which can do with others, and assign these tasks to them. It will help you save your time. This can be helpful in schools, offices. The most important thing is you have to keep yourself fit and healthy so that you can focus on your work and on your colleagues with no complications. Try to make realistic schedules and don’t try to become perfect in everything. Don’t waste your extra time on the things which you cannot control.
